We start in the quiet, fertile darkness of the New Moon—a time of planting seeds, of intention-setting, of quietly claiming what we are ready to nurture within ourselves.
Over these next 15 days, you will build awareness, explore your resources, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness—layer by layer, just as the moon brightens in the sky. With each passing day, you illuminate more of your power, your purpose, your strength.

Setting Yourself Up for Success
The way we begin something matters. The environment we create around a practice has the power to shape our experience—to signal to our nervous system that this is a space of care, of intention, of devotion to yourself.
